If you want to make the most widespread cocktail in Italy, dfm Duty Free introduces a special set for Aperol Spritz making. The set includes Aperol 1l and Cinzano Prosecco 0.75l.
- Aperol is an itialian aperitif originally created by Barbieri brothers in 1919. The drink is made according to the secret recipe on the base of extracts from oranges, herbs and roots. The flavor is filled with fruity notes and bitterish herbal accords.
- Cinzano Prosecco – dry sparkling wine with pronounced fruit aroma, which is made from selected Muscat grape grown in Northern Italy. In 18 century Cinzano company became the established supplier of the Royal House of Savoy. The Savoy monarchs beckoned to create a sparkling wine to emulate with the popular French champagne. So that’s how famous Cinzano Prosecco was created. The taste of the drink is very fresh: delicate sweetness is spiced with slight sour note. The aroma reminds of flowers and apples.
Both drinks are unique and complete. With this their mix gives birth to new, extremely splendid flavor. Today Aperol Spritz is one of the world’s most famous cocktails. All you need is just mix Aperol and Cinzano Prosecco. Add soda and a slice of lemon to enjoy the cocktail with the lower alcoholic content.
