The creators focused on the idea of perfect rum making and aimed at local consumer. For nearly three centuries Appleton Estate has been made in one particular place in limited edition. Every stage of the production is carefully controlled: even sugar cane is grown by the producer himself.

As a result we have rum with typical Jamaican motives and golden-honey color. The aroma features spicy notes with dried fruits and orange peel. Sweet flavor is accented by marzipan, caramel and molasses.
