The history of Pallini dates back to 1875, when Nicola Pallini, the merchant from in Italian village Antrodoco, got all his friends around the holiday table. One of the guests drank the liqueur, made by the wife of the master and then jokingly offered to sell it. These words provided food for thoughts, as there was too much drink at the house. It turned out that there were a lot of people who wanted to buy the liqueur. Over time Nicola decided to set up the production, so in 1917 his sons moved the business to Rome. Today the Pallini family uses only selected sfusato lemons, as their peel contains essential oils.
