dfm introduces the premium Scotch 40YO whisky Tomatin, released in limited edition – 1500 bottles.

Tomatin is one of the biggest and high ground distilleries in Scotland, established in 1987. Nowadays this is the most technically equipped distillery, which produces about 12 million liters of whisky per year. The considerable part is supplied to Japan, being the most popular alcoholic drink in the country.

40YO Tomatin is aged in first-fill oloroso-sherry casks. Then it’s bottled at 43% ABV. The aroma features caramel, dried fruits and peach. The taste brings apricot, malt, ginger and woody notes. One can enjoy it straight as well as in various cocktails.
