We aim to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. Therefore, we provide the opportunity to buy directly in DFM stores, as well as place online orders. Now anyone can buy goods:

1. In the DFM store in the Departure Hall of the Chisinau Airport with a valid flight ticket. With this, one can pick up order immediately or later on arrival. The store is open 24/7.
2. In the DFM store in the Arrival Hall of the Chisinau Airport. Pick up order at once or later on arrival. The store is open from 8:00 to 20:00. 
3. Buy online at dutyfree.md, choosing the convenient pick up location: Departure of Arrival Hall in the Chisinau Airport.

SHOPPING IN STORES

DFM stores are located at the Chisinau Airport

• In the Departure Hall
• In the Arrival Hall on the second floor above Green Cafe.

The valid flight ticket is required for shopping in the Departure area.  Passengers arrived at the Airport and those who see off and welcome the travelers are free to make purchases in the Arrival area.

SHOP & COLLECT

No need to pick up goods at once, while shopping: use the storage service, specifying a convenient time and place of collection. Select your pick up location: Departure or Arrival.

CLICK & COLLECT

The service is for those who prefer online shopping. Shopping online allows to learn the assortment in detail, choose items without haste and be sure the product is available at the right time.

Who can pre-order at DFM?

You must be at least 18 years old.

How much can I order?

You can buy goods only for personal use in our store: for non-commercial purpose.

Check the legislation of the host country that regulates the amount of imported goods.

! The buyer is fully responsible for the number of items purchased. One should determine the legality of importing products into the relevant country before making purchases.

Where and when do I collect order?

You can pick up your online order in the store the next day after purchasing it on the website. Pick up your items in the Departure or Arrival Hall.

• Placing an online order, it’s important to remember: the flight ticket is required to collect the order in the Departure Hall; the store is open 24/7.
• The store in the Arrival Hall is open from 8:00 to 20:00.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay for your order only by credit card. The order comes into operation only after payment confirmation.

What to do if the departure/collect date changes?
